Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at nuvexastoreshopify@gmail.com. We will provide instructions and a return address. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the item.

Note: We do not accept returns on final sale or digital items.
